Le gouvernement égyptien a annoncé aujourd'hui que le pays arrêterait tout trafic aérien en provenance des aéroports égyptiens à partir du jeudi 19 mars. L'interdiction de voyager en avion restera en vigueur jusqu'au 31 mars 2020.
La mesure drastique est introduite pour tenter d'empêcher la propagation de COVID-19 dans le pays, a déclaré lundi le Premier ministre égyptien Mostafa Madbouly.
Égypte va désinfecter les hôtels pendant la fermeture, a-t-il déclaré lors d'une conférence de presse télévisée. Les touristes séjournant actuellement dans le pays pourront terminer leurs vacances, selon le communiqué.
